1. Which products are eligible for return

Returns are accepted only for defective products, within 14 calendar days of delivery. Returns based on a change of mind or an incorrect selection are not accepted, since product specifications are fixed and agreed upon in advance.

2. Return procedure

If you discover a defect, please contact us by phone or via the online chat. Returns are processed in-store / at our warehouse only — we do not offer courier pickup for returns.

3. Refunds

Once the defect is confirmed, the refund is issued within 3 business days, with no restocking fee.
